Querio raises $5M to keep AI assistants consistent on data

The London startup Querio announced its launch on October 27, 2026. The launch comes with €4.48 million in total funding, equivalent to $5 million. The data analysis platform for data teams and AI agents closed a Seed round led by BMW i Ventures. LAUNCH, Jason Calacanis’s fund, took part, along with Haatch Ventures, Araya, Forum Ventures and Secways. Querio was founded in 2024 by Rami Abi Habib (CEO) and Javier Bonilla (CTO). It aims to solve an increasingly common problem in companies: getting consistent answers when employees ask business questions to different AI assistants.

Querio and the problem of conflicting answers across AI tools

According to the company, the problem stems from the spread of AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, which employees turn to for business questions. When every tool uses a different version of the company’s numbers, people receive answers that conflict with one another, and data teams spend their time reconciling them instead of doing new work.

Abi Habib offered a concrete example. If the sales department renames a field in the CRM, the revenue dashboard breaks. The Slack bot says no deals were closed the previous week. Claude gives a third, different number. With Querio, according to the CEO, the agent detects the change and fixes everything that depends on it. It also sends the data team a single update to approve. From that moment on, every tool returns the same answer.

How the platform works

Querio gives data teams a single place to define the meaning of the company’s numbers. The difference, the founders explain, lies in the choice to keep reports, definitions and analyses in the data team’s GitHub. The analyses are not locked inside a vendor’s product. “For thirty years, analytics tools have kept a company’s logic inside the vendor’s product. It’s hard to move from there. It’s also hard to make it work with AI. Now everyone asks questions about data in Claude, Slack and elsewhere, and gets three different revenue numbers. We built Querio so that the data team owns that logic,” said Abi Habib, cofounder and CEO.

The workflow requires that every change that reaches the business go through human approval. When the business changes, Querio’s AI agent updates the affected reports and definitions. But the data team reviews every change before anyone sees it. Business users can then ask questions in Claude, ChatGPT or Slack and get the same answer every time, according to the company.

Security and first customers

On the compliance front, Querio is SOC 2 Type II certified and complies with HIPAA and GDPR. The company also states that it does not train its models on customer data. It has signed no-training and no-storage agreements with the providers of the AI models it uses.

Early customers include companies such as OpenVPN and agree.com. Bonilla, cofounder and CTO, summed up the vision this way: “Companies want to use AI with their own data, but they need to trust the answer. Querio lets data teams delegate more work to AI agents while keeping a person in command of every change that reaches the business.” Human control over every change remains at the heart of the model proposed by the company.
